When you make a purchase from us, you are purchasing a limited, revocable license to use digital virtual items and server perks associated with your account. These items and perks are tied to the lifetime of the server/service and remain accessible only while the Platform is operational.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If your account is suspended or banned for violating server rules, you forfeit access to any purchased items or perks and will not be eligible for a refund.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, remove, rebalance, or discontinue any virtual items, perks, features, or the Platform itself at any time without notice.

Access to the Platform is not guaranteed. If the server is permanently discontinued, all virtual items and perks will terminate and cannot be recovered, transferred, or exchanged.

All items are virtual, non-transferable, and have no real-world monetary value.
